This is primarily for the Tech Squad members who will be posting lessons and such to the site.

Formatting: You copy and pasted a lesson plan into here and it lost all of its pretty formatting. It should start in “Visual” mode which you can use to edit just like in Word. If you know some html and want to use it to tweak things a bit you can click on the “Code” tab.

Categories (Tags): When you are editing all the available categories/tags are available on the right side of the page. Just click on the ones you want. Remember to include the “tefl” category on all the teaching resources & “faq” for the faq posts, or else it will not show up with the rest of them.

New categories can be added if you find it necessary. But to maintain order please go into Dashboard (top of page)–> Manage–> Categories. Then edit the new category and select the “parent category”

The “Split Post/More tag”: Don’t let the post take up an entire page worth of space, forcing people to scroll past it. When editing the entry leave the intro or short summary, and then click on the Split Post button (in Visual mode it looks like two pieces of paper with a dotted line between them); (in Code mode it is the “More” button)
