Before they shipped us volunteers off to our individual sites, our loving Peace Corps China staff provided us with a handy Peace Corps China Cookbook full of China-ready recipes from former volunteers. The cookbook includes both traditional Chinese meals as well as modified recipes for Western classics, and an entire guide to food and nutrition in China. I will be transferring all this to the site over time, so keep checking back for more recipes!
