2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium chopped onion
1-2 jin* frozen, crumbled tofu (white)
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 cup tomato sauce
½ tsp cumin
1 Tbs chili powder
Saute onions and garlic in oil. Add tofu and soy sauce. After tofu begins to brown, stir in remaining ingredients. Serve hot over hamburger buns.
*1 Jin=500g or ~1.1lb

1 small onion, chopped
½ cup bread crumbs
1 jin doufu (white), crumbled
¾ T salt
pepper
3 eggs, lightly beaten
sauce of choice
Heat 1 Tbs oil. Saute onion. Combine sauteed onions with remaining ingredients and form into patties. Fry in remaining oil. Serve with sauce.
*1 Jin=500g or ~1.1lb
